Office Administrator
Role Description
The ideal candidate will oversee the organization and efficiency of daily office operations and social media coordination. From scheduling student/advisor meetings, and communicating between departments, you will also be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner. The successful candidate is someone who feels a deep sense of connection and alignment with our core values and purpose.
Responsibilities
- Manage the reception area and staff to ensure effective communication both internally and externally.
- Provide office guests with a hospitable experience.
- Supervise the maintenance of office areas, equipment, and facilities.
- Interact with IT, phone, and building personnel as needed.
- Manage, send, and track client registrations
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
- Answer phone and relay phone calls and messages to advisors in need.
- Handle emails, phone calls, paperwork, and supplies.
- Answering questions, comments, and customer DMs in a timely manner, getting information from other departments when required
Minimum Qualifications
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
- Responsible, responsive, and highly organized with particular attention to detail.
- Proven independent problem-solving abilities.
- Strong MS Office computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint – Mac proficiency preferred).
- Comfort with online search & organizational tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
